Carol very nice friendly helpful lady at centrepoint midland ..atm special 3 jumpers for 40 bucks
Just went into Rockmans Centrepoint Midland Gate. The sales lady was initially welcoming however when I didn’t purchase anything she didn’t even bother saying thank you when I returned the clothes back to her nicely hung back on the hangers and did not say goodbye or Merry Christmas. As a Rockmans customer from years back, I felt awful after today’s experience and the one pair of trousers I tried on had a broken zip, she didn’t even bother to offer to find me another pair even when I told her how much I loved those. I will never set foot into Rockmans again as I did not feel like I was a valued customer. Your customer service (or lack thereof) seriously needs to be looked at. I will be spending my money elsewhere in future. Clothes are also very outdated, needs to be modernised.
