We called in to have a look, then bought most of our ensuite renovation here. Cherie was very knowledgeable about all of the products and arranged our exact colour stone bench top for the vanity. It was so easy to shop in one place. Highly recommend for quality products and excellent service.

Horrible customer service. The guy sitting behind the desk didn’t even say hi let alone offer to help. Will not be spending my money there!

We recently renovated our two bathrooms. Bathroom Decor and Tiles was a one stop shop for choosing all the fittings. We were able to buy absolutely everything - bath, shower screens, tap fittings, towel and toilet paper holders, gorgeous above bench basins. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us a great deal on everything. Shop staff even delivered some things themselves when we needed them urgently. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Just want to say that the customer service for this company is sensational. From the help of choosing colours , working out quantities, to the advice on why i should choose one tile over another was above and beyond.nThey were disappointed that they could not supply me the full amount of grout that i needed (i needed it that same day ) and the guy even rang another company to help me out. I wont mention the other company because the service from them was completely different. the two sales staff there, watched me battle with 7 bags of grout trying to open their heavy door to leave, whereas at Bathroom Decor, the guy carried the 2 bags for me to the car.nI will be recommending Bathroom Decor and Tiles to everyone who sees my new amazing bathroom.
