Just had two of my chefs knives sharpened here, and I’m so impressed with the results! They also managed to get rid of a couple of noticeable nicks in the blades, so now you can’t tell there was ever damage. Great service.

Got a fancy key cut for my daughter that didn't work so I went back to get it fixed and 1 of the guys working told me they don't do that key there and it wasn't done there.nLike seriously, why would I lie about it!nI found the receipt and he still went on about it saying its not the normal price - yes it is!nDisgusting service!

Absolutely botched our dog tag. We had a tag machine engraved and personalised that came from Ireland. All we wanted from mister minit was our mobile number put on the back of the medium sized tag . It came back absolutely stuffed. 4 numbers were put smaller on the top left corner then the other 6 numbers on a second line in the middle with massive gap in between and in the end . I was so disappointed when I was shown it. When I asked why it was done like that all I got was “so it is readable”, which to me is bull as I have a cats tag that is hand engraved and quarter of the size which completely readable and on one line (engraved elsewhere). It’s clear that they stuffed up and made a mistake. Fair is fair and humans make mistakes but they made the excuse and still charged me for it. I’m pretty livid that this awesome tag I had someone design and personalise the front of for my dog is now going straight in the bin as it’s complete rubbish now.
