A few minutes ago I walked up the counter to get help. I will as asked if I needed help and I said yes and started asking and she walked away and helped another customer two words in to my sentence. I am not understanding why that customer was so much more important than the person she was talking to. But I left and don't plan on returning anytime soon.
Lots of fresh food including fruit, veg & good selection of takeaway foods & treats. Also like it supports local produce & caters for gluten free people. Has a great variety of stock, prices are fairly reasonable & they do have specials. Staff are very friendly too.
Purchased a box of muesli bars here with a best before expiry of July 2019!!! No surprises that they were consistent with granite. Staff disdainful. Appears the fresh concept is dispensable when money’s involved.
This is Sandy bay branch of Salamanca Fresh. Its a bit small in comparison with the one at Battery point. Here, you can get all the fresh fruits and veggies at good price sometimes ever less compared with the Coles and Woollies. Recommended.
The fruit and vegetable prices are good. But I always miss out kales which happens to be my best vegetable.
