best chicken is served here. always made fresh and the chicken is always crispy but the restaurant is always so dirty. food on tables crumbs on the tables and chairs I saw people come and go and still nothing was cleaned and they weren't even busy either.

Not a good experience at all. The girl at the ordering window was really rude and didn't even bother to say please or thank you. Will never come back again.

On January 6, 2021, at 21:45 p.m., I’m ordered two Zinger Boxes. When I opened it at home, it had a completely different product, such as garbage, not zinger burger, chicken. No matter how late you go and order, you can't understand that you're giving me a completely different product. I'm upset, so I threw it all away. I took a picture of it, so I'll let you know if you need it. Either you sincerely apologize to me or refund my food.

Very poor management. Twice now we have been stood down by management with regard to an incorrect order. He refuses to acknowledge any mistake on part of their staff and happily plays word games with customers to get out of any refund or replacement. Usually a lot better than Palmerston, but this guy let's the store down. At least palmerston staff/manager happily and apologetically amends any errors. With or without receipt.

Food was nice and fresh.nStaff to busy talking and laughing when they were standing around instead of cleaning tables and floors.nOne staff member climbed a stool and stood on the table to stick Xmas decorations up again. Didn't bother to wipe stool or table down when finished. Poor management.
