This is such a beautiful kids gift shop online and in store. All The products they stock are such top quality i could honestly go crazy and buy it all. I have never received such AWFUL customer service from an online store. I spent over $350 before Christmas with express shipping for a product that was labeled ‘in stock and shipping now’. A few hours later I received an email that the product was not in stock and I was on the wait list. So, needing to purchase another gift for Christmas, I asked for a refund. Both via email and on the phone. They refused to refund me and ignored my attempt at communication several times. Then in January I received another email stating that the shipment was delayed further and if we needed a refund to request it. So I replied and did. They were SO rude and ignorant and I have never ever had such an awful online shopping experience before. Sadly, many of my friends have shared similar stories.

Very happy with the purchase. Ordered a bassinet after searching for weeks for somebody that actually had one in stock. Was dispatched quite quickly and came all the way from WA to NSW in a little over a week.nVery pleased with the quality of the cane and the accuracy of the product description. Only taking one star off because when it arrived the packaging was just about in tatters and the product..meant for a baby was exposed to the elements.nIt was clearly labelled fragile and no major harm was done..this would have happened in transit..however it might have been different. For such an expensive purchase I think more durable packaging would be appropriate.nWell done My Darling Valentine! Thank you for enabling my new grand child to have such a beautiful place to sleep. ud83dude0a

My Darling Valentine is an amazing small baby boutique with all the best brands! Everything they stock is of the highest quality and everything I have purchased is absolutely amazing. This shop is perfect inside and out, they have great customer service and design of their rattan baby goods, especially their Audrey pram! This shop would defiantly fit right into the best streets of Europe! Recommend this store with all my heart xx
