Burleigh Pilates Boutique

I contacted the team as I've moved locally and been having lower back issues due to old sports injuries and now sitting too much with work. I haven't done Pilates previously, but Corinna is a great instructor and having just 3 people in the class gives all participants the same attention as a one on one session. My back is feeling better, my core is allot stronger and I am definitely strengthening muscles that I didn't use before!

The small class sizes at Burleigh Pilates Boutique ensure that you receive individual attention from the warm, knowledgeable staff. They created a program for me that took into account my previous injuries and that met my health goals. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Have been attending classes with Corina and now Leanne. Would recommend this place to my friends and they have extensive knowledge of the Pilates. Caring and friendly.
