Electric Fitness

Before I joined Electric Fitness I hadn’t done any type of exercise for 2.5 years, so I was obviously out of shape and wanting to improve my health. Everyone at EF have been super understanding, supportive and have been encouraging me to give my best without being pushy, which I really appreciate. Two months in, I feel way better, fitter and find myself looking forward to the next training session! Thanks EF for all the sweat and (happy) tears!

Thoroughly enjoyed training at Electric. Chris and Theo are fantastic coaches, and the vibe in the gym is great. Have really enjoyed training with like-minded individuals and getting the most out of my time on the Coast. Would continue training there, but have to move back down south.

I absolutely loved Electric Fitness! I joined not knowing anything about CrossFit and I became addicted. Theo was an amazing coach he made the time in every session to make sure I understood the technique, he would watch to make sure I was doing it to the best of my ability and would take the time to demonstrate it to me so I would feel comfortable the entire session, it built my confidence to the extreme. The changes Electric Fitness made to my lifestyle as well as my body are unforgettable, I unfortunately had to move and wish to this day I could still be there every morning training in the best facilities and surrounded by amazing people.

Great CrossFit box with friendly, motivating abs knowledgeable coaches. Awesome tribe of encouraging, like-minded people. Great facilities and quality equipment all in excellent condition. Love the huge ceiling fan and wide open space in summer! Highly recommend.

Nothing but 5 stars for Electric! After moving back home from the US after 17 years, Electric staff and members have made me feel right at home. Especially after spotty training due to prior injuries and lockdown, this team goes above and beyond to accommodate any need. I love the feeling that anyone is welcome here - no matter age or ability. Bonuses are a quality facility and great CrossFit programming.
