Best gym/program/coaches/equipment/vibes on the coast. This gym has taken me from Dad-bod to Fit-bod in 6 months. To find a gym that has got me in better shape at 41 than I was in my 20s is a bloody miracle. Stop reading reviews and sign up!!! You won’t regret it.
Great CrossFit gym with good quality equipment and great coaches. Class sizes are not too big so you get personalised tips on your technique every class. Would definitely recommend

They take the time to get to know you and assess your current fitness levels before entering into the classes. I like that. I felt more prepared having a coach in my corner from day 1 and guide me through the onboard 1 on 1 sessions.
