The team at F45 southern suburbs are so friendly and encouraging . After returning back after a injury they are always quick to provide alternative exercises and give me the push when I doubt myself

I have always wanted to join a gym, although I couldn't find the motivation or commitment. I kept making excuses and never really found a gym that I liked. From the beginning F45 has been fun, encouraging, motivating and inspirational. After 2 weeks I started feeling stronger and fitter and people started noticing the small changes in my body. It is my 3rd week and I have been committed to achieving 5-6 days a week. The trainer's are great and you do really feel like you are a part of a family! I highly recommend F45 and have been encouraging my friends & family to give it a go!!! 💪👌

I have done F45 before but these guys at Cairns southern suburbs F45 know their stuff and know how to keep you motivated. After my first free week trial I was hooked and have been nearly every morning since. Such a great team of trainers who are focused you getting the results you want. Great job team!
