Good gym, modern equipment, probably the best crossfit set up in cairns and great exercise classes!

Good equipment for sure. Handled covid poorly. Made life very difficult for those who wanted to jump off during hard times and leant very hard on policy to maximize revenue. Good for them. Bad for us. If you wanna stand around and hang out with other big dudes and chat about your body this is your place.

Great staff. Great range of equipment. Great prices. Great location with loads of parking. And right near the DFO Coles supermarket which is great to get food afterwards.
