Very professional and did the job on time

I was very happy with the prompt response, having left my keys inside I was worried, there was storms brewing all day. It was fantastic when the locksmith arrived, he quickly had my door opened, a big sigh of relief to be inside protected from those oncoming storms and a nice cup of tea to calm and everything felt good again. After a call to Toplock, they were available to come out the next day. Installed a new lock on my front door, letting me know the time it would take and price upfront. Amazing customer service and attention to detail! I had a new 355 deadlock installed after moving in to my new home. They spent a LONG time making sure the new lock was installed perfectly into the door frame that wasn’t 100% square to ensure it doesn’t rattle in the wind. They then spent time to walk through the locking mechanism to ensure I knew the features and didn’t lock myself in if there was a fire and I couldn’t locate my keys. Highly recommended and great value!

My sons petrol tank cap had locked and we were unable to open. I called Toplock they were so nice and understanding. Matt was out in half an hour and opened the lock. Matt went above and beyond and sent me the part number required for a new cap. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
