Very poor communication and always need to be chased to get a job done with these guys. Further to your reply, We ordered 8 padlocks and 2 keys in February 2020 we received the call to pick them up 18/9/2020. I had sent numerous emails which I have on file that were never replied to. This is only one of many recent problems with the service received from you.

They are quick to come to the house, the quality of work is flawless - I have never had any concerns or issues - and love the security review each time I move home so I feel secure as a single mother. very bad service and didn't do the job correctly,We called them back to fix the problem but they keep saying someone is coming today and nobody shows up.This has been going for 3 months so I got another locksmith to fix the issue correctly.I recommend to not use this company also they are very rude.
