KGB Locksmith & Security

I called KGB security to get a quote on a safe for my business. Being an expensive purchase I had done some research on the cost beforehand. During the call I simply asked the male staff member if they price matched. I received a sharp, curt reply that I should buy the safe elsewhere and was hung up on. In all, the phone call lasted about 1-2mins. Does that warrant this sort of treatment of potential customers?

My entry phone system died and we had many issues trying to get it repaired. Had a few hiccups but KGB were great. Polite and professional and fixed it to perfection. I would recommend 100%
