Great service!! Came in for a late appointment while on holidays for my two children. Receptionist was very helpful and DR Datta had a great manner with my kids. Could not have been happier.

Disappointing service. Appointments don't mean much as every time we go there we have to wait at least 45 mins and up to an hour. Very disorganised as our appointment had disappeared while waiting. People that came after us were seen before us. When we approached reception they said they have no control over this. There is no compassion from the staff or doctors. Very uncaring in an industry that should be focused on giving the best care possible.nnIt also seems they like to drag out appointment times as they have a sliding scale for a short and long appointment. They give you 15- 20mins before they charge you more. We tried them several times have been continually disappointed. Will be finding another practice.

No bulk billing unless you are on a pension or government welfare payment. High fees if you just need prescriptions renewed or a referral.
