Can't stand the place at the best of times.

For my first time Woolies in Australia

Lack of stock

Went shopping with husband here and was waiting in line to be served. We let an elderly man in a wheelchair go before us and he couldn't put his shopping basket on the counter so we gave him a hand. The female Caucasian Retail assistant with a shaved head was cold,rude& inattentive towards the elderly man by the way she was handling his grocery and the way she spoke. Was slowly becoming an unpleasant experience till a lovely Japanese Retail assistant took over and helped put the elderly man's grocery in his wheelchair basket and served the remaining customers with a smile. Customer service, kindness and a smile goes a long way.

A large Woolworths located in a shopping centre. Good range, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces. They had some half loaves of bread on sale which was convenient.
