This place must be a front for money laundering or something as they certainly don’t have any customer service values or care about customers. If you want terrible service and staff who treat customers as an inconvenience than this is your place! If you want good service, good prices, and staff who actually want customers then go somewhere else. This place is the worst shopping experience around!
The customer service is really bad here, the lady at the counter always has her earphones on and looks at customers as if they are a burden to her. Never smiles and never greets customer, even when the customer says hi she ignores them all the time. About the shop itself, are lots of goods available at a reasonable price.
Terrible customer service as others have noted. I can’t understand how they’re in business. You are treated as an inconvenience to them if you enter the store. There are plenty of other local options and/or online suppliers. Avoid this place and try the other Indian/Asian supermarkets for cheaper prices with better service

They raised the price of every product when people were scared and buying during Corona outbreak.

Very comprehensively stocked store ! Almost all the Indian spices, a variety of snacks, frozen delicacies and much more are available here. The turnover of products is very good, so the stock is fresh. I love the nostalgia shopping here brings..... it’s like walking down the aisles at home in Mumbai !!! The prices are very competitive... I appreciate that transporting good stuff across from India takes money, so I don’t mind paying !!! Keep it up guys !!
