Methodical Muay Thai is a friendly and comfortable environment, fantastic with beginners and very encouraging while keeping it fun. The teacher doesn’t overwhelm you with too much at once and is dedicated to making sure you understand all aspects of the technique. Matty genuinely cares for his students and goes above and beyond. He makes you want to do better. I leave every class feeling motivated and with a smile on my face.

Matty is a wonderful coach who truly cares about his students reaching their best potential in all areas. Not only does he teach the skills of Muay Thai, he also teaches his students core values, sportsmanship and discipline. My son has loved every minute of being apart of his club and will continue to for many years to come.

Methodical Muay Thai has a great atmosphere and learning environment for all levels from beginners to fighters. It's also a great place for people wanting to train legit Muay Thai but not having the pressure to compete I've been with Matty since 2018 and in my opinion, he's the best Muay Thai coach in Gladstone and regional area.
