Tougher than expected today but still good to get moving first thing in the morning.
I started training at F45 4 weeks ago. I highly recommend giving it a go! The personal attention and support that you receive from the caring trainers makes you want to give it your all at training. Walking out feeling accomplished that you have just smashed out an amazing workout makes you feel good! Give it a go, you won’t look back!!
Have only been going for a few weeks now but I love it! Great atmosphere, great people and great workouts!
