Very supportive and encouraging trainers that genuinely want to see people succeed in their fitness goals, whether it's to lose kilos gain muscle or grow confidence. Only issue I have is I never had my arse slapped, but then I'm not his wife either☺👍.

Great atmosphere and even better trainers. Experienced Trainers that helped me understand more about nutrition & fitness. A tailored workout if you have injuries as Brett is very knowledgeable and experienced alongside with his wife, Carlee. They kept me motivated and made working out FUN! Love my FitFam at NFS. 💪🏼👋🏼🍑

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve just seen your latest advertisement on TV and I am disgraced. To encourage men to slap women on the arse at the gym is unforgivable. In society we already have enough issues with sexual assault and then you go and put something like that on TV. You should be ashamed of yourself.

If you are serious about wanting to get fit and you want results you can not go past Newman Fitness. 10/10!!

Only to be recommended! Unfortunately, I had to leave the city sooner than planned, otherwise I would have definitely signed up for a membership.
