Really enjoyed the experience. My exercises were crafted around the gear that I have at home. Didn’t have to buy expensive gym gear. Over three sessions, a comprehensive program has been put together.

Always very friendly staff. Physios are very informative with issues and treatment / recovery.

Professional and personable, but my experience of treatment has varied. Following their advice for one problem did lead to an improvement over the long term. Following their advice for another problem made it vastly worse, with enormous personal ramifications.

Staff are very cooperative. Facilities are good. IO recommend to use Active Physio.

Genuinely nice people, very easy to talk to and deal with. My physio managed to be so very gentle with my incredibly sore back.
