Worst doctor surgery I have every encountered. They proceeded to call my local chemist And cancel my scripts that stop me from having seizures. She is way to expensive as it is and disrespectful. She won’t even have the decency to tell me over the phone as to why she did what she did and proceeded to tell me she doesn’t talk to her clients over the phone I’m guesssing bcos she can’t charge the $110 consultation fee. I’d rather take myself to my local vet with my dog. I am new to the area she does not know my history I have only just been able to leave the house due to my panic disorder and thought I would use her as my GP and send my history to her but instead it has hindered me more than helped me now I’m back to square one. I wish I never gave her a chance I’m disgusted. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsmen.

Asked me to come in early only to leave me waiting an hour and a half (later than my original appointment) with a 1 year old and a 3 year old whilst they 'accidentally' saw later patients than me. Even after I asked what was going on and they apologized they did it again. Completely unprofessional, if they can't even get the patients order right then what sort of effort are they going to make in treating patients...?

Rude rude rude, and she ended up being wrong after all she thought she was right it was the complete opposite. And the patient needs the medications in her system. As it's been so long. I don't know the neifalm term but since this doctor did what she did her patient had another several seizures and nearly bit her toung off went back to her normal nedicaltion and has not happened again !!!!!!!!!!!!
