Rubbish service needs the manager changed in the store and some fresh faces. No knowledge of nothing. Always getting everything wrong. Please change the staff there!!!!
Worst service ever, unfriendly staff. Went to open another bank account for my daughter, got to bank 10 mins before closing, waited to get served only to get told that it's closing time and it's against company policy to open bank account after closing time.
The true meaning of awful service bank has no money to give to customers how is that possible??
Why is it there’s always a 20 min wait @ Commonwsath Bank Underwood. Useless
