Very slow service, you wait for hours to get served. Atm at branch always has some issues going on and you are lucky if it works when you go there. Had a few times quite rude service and it always came across that it is too much effort to answer your questions or try to help. If you have 2 hours spare time and want to hang around waiting for someone, it might be just the place for you 🤣 Will avoid going there ,rather drive further to another branch.

I have been with Westpac for the past 8-9 years. Their service is getting worse and worse. I have been to this branch 3 times and every single time staff is so unhelpful. Yesterday I went there and she didn't do what I wanted to do, she said I can do it online by myself and then tried to sell me insurance. Every time I go there, they say you can do something by yourself. Why are you there then?

Terrible customer service! It doesn't matter what time of day I call, they never answer, or return my calls. The new layout slows down productivity - instead of several glass windows there are only two desks with three staff members, and usually one or two of them can't be bothered to help anyone. At least with the glass windows there was a bit of privacy, but now everyone can hear about my financial situation, while they wait at least an hour to be seen. They've gotten rid of the private cubicles, and replaced them with open lounges with desks, so everyone in the bank can hear about my account details. I have honestly started considering changing banks, even though I have been with Westpac for years. Listen to what your customer want! New isn't always better!!
