Walked out of here in tears this morning. I didn't realise it was so hard to explain something to a customer. The young blond lady needs to be educated in customer service not to be aggressive with people because they are not understanding you. Can't imagine of I was an older lady and not understanding how I would be treated. So glad I'm closing my bank with you guys. Your disgusting.

Received a valentines cupcake from the girls on Friday, a lovely little treat especially when doing a bank trip on a Friday, amazing team here at Springwood, always willing to go beyond for me :) Great work guys.
