Good friendly and helpful staff, good service. It is very close to the car park so easy access, you don't need to walk very far.
This is not a branch. It is an atm with a Nab staff member reading the onscreen prompts. They are not helpful at all.
I came here teice and had worst customer service experience. These guys don’t care about customer. It seems they are there to log their time from 9 till 5. If customer is not hapoy, they dont care. If customer is annyed with their behavior, they don’t care. Just because if their behavior I already have closed 2 accounts from NAB and will be closing down last one soon.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL...UNLESS YOUR ASIAN.

I got accused too a few years ago. That guy with arabic or indian race guy. So rude. I agree no customer service ethic at all.
