Pretty good for a workout - bit difficult to figure out how to work the machines.
I recently joined and i enjoy that its well laid with areas for different disciplines. Small gym but they have a good range or equipment without it feeling cramped.

Fantastic gym, best I've been in. Awesome friendly staff. Heaps of room in the gym and great gym equipment. Super affordable membership and just about every month there's motivating promotion, prizes or programs. This gym is definitely one to consider.
