AMAZING staff, amazing classes, amazing atmosphere. I cannot recommend this gym enough. Trainers are so accommodating and give options for every age and fitness level. Nothing is ever to much. Its more then a gym it's a community. You only have to look at the photos. Everyone is so happy. I have made some amazing friends whilst being a member here and I love it more every day. Truly are amazing people there and I am so lucky to be apart of such a inspiring place. Woman power. Women encouraging women. Join up, you won't regret it...

Due to changes in my life I couldn't attend the gym since January still i have to pay them $35.91 fortnightly (only 8 weeks I paid $8). very expensive and unprofessional team. While joining they charge me for activation kit except access card I didn't get anything from them no starter pack, no online program, no support, not even a signal email from them etc. I don 't recommend this gym especially for students with low budget.

UPDATE: So I did receive an email from Fernwood team but once again ZERO SUPPORT. They won't do anything about it and they just pretended to help to show the public that they took a good initiative when they actually have done nothing to help me out! ORIGINAL TEXT: I signed up thinking to join a new like-minded community. It was stressful as hell from the start. Customer Service is terrible, never say hello when you come in/out. They just charged me $245 cancellation fees even though my contract was actually expired.. because of covid they extended until December without even asking me anything... I moved to Sydney and I cannot join the gym there and they did not care at all! Changing room, showers and toilets are not very clean. If you want to join a class, they are mostly virtual and the system doesn't always work. I have done the same pump class for over 6 weeks. Breakfasts included: don't expect a lots >> white bread and tiny apples. Very disappointed
