It is a clean gym however its been my experience that their classes are cancelled or changed at last notice with No communication. Also the 2 free PT sessions you are entitled to when you sign up never came to fruition. There is new management in place so hopefully it gets better.

Good environment & clean equipment. Some equipment has ripped and definately needs replacing.
Very Good.. and Friendly Staff... Nat the Boss makes you Feel Welcome.. she is Great A++
Always a great experience. And so clean I swear they never put the cleaning supplies away.
