F45 Training Beenleigh

Amazing community! Classes are fun and the trainers are like family. Highly recommend to anyone who’s starting out on their fitness journey or who are fully fledged athletes...everyone will feel satisfied.

Tom and the trainers at F45 Beenleigh are always so welcoming and encouraging! The studio has a great vibe and is very inclusive to all members. My partner and I have completely changed our life styles after joining a year ago and feel so much healthier and happier now. This is a testament to the crew at F45 Beenleigh for helping us achieve our goals!

The guys at f45 have made it so comfortable to workout. They cater for all ages, shapes and sizes. If your lookong to better yourself, I highly recommend it.

Third week here and i can confidently say im addicted 🤣 everyone was so welcoming and friendly! Was never left there thinking "what am i doing" as everyone helped out when i needed it! Definitely recommend.

I have been a member at Beenleigh F45 for just over 9mths and I love it. I have been a member at many other local gyms before but have never had a workout as good as what F45 delivers. Tom and his team are excellent, always pushing, setting targets and goals. Thouroughly enjoy the F45 family. Would highly recommend!
