Always look forward to my sessions with Scott, favourite part of my week! How much I progress each week really shows how talented Scott is as a trainer (or how good I am ;P )

Staff were nice, was packed and had no idea what was going on, no instructions, everybody else were regulars so knew how the count went. My mate and I had previous training at another gym, so just went along with it to the best we could, or did freestyle.
