An Amazing good sized family gym, has very friendly staff, new equipment. very well priced for all the things you can do at the gym. Also has one of the best personal trainers on the gold coast.

I have never felt more at home than this gym.nThe staff and management are wonderfulnReception staff are unbelievably nice and the gym is incredible. I went when had the older gear and still loved it! Now it’s INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend this place.

The team at Ashmore PCYC have been so wonderful to me and my family. Simply the best gym I have ever gone to. Jemma is a fantastic trainer and motivator and honestly, if it wasn't for her in my first month's of starting back at a gym, I would have given up. Her classes are so much fun that it keeps us all coming back for more each week.

The best gym on the coast! I love the classes, equipment and friendly helpful staff. They have a lovely sense of community and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door :)
