My partner and I walked into this store for a simple flea treatment for our cat. The store manager (sorry I don’t remember her name) that served us was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the amount of attention and care she provided us! The whole team seemed friendly and happy to help anyone that walked in.

Wynetta was so helpful, patience and took the time to explain products and perbarn services with us.nnIt's very apparent that not only does she enjoy her job but she is also very knowledgeable, this was also reflected but the team she had around her this evening and the customers whom she knew by name and the products they were coming to purchasing.nnWe will definitely be returning due to help and compassion we recieved from such a wonderful person.nnThank you

We've purchased from this store about every 2 to 3 months. The staff have always been helpful whether we just wanted to bath our dog or purchase food or collars.nnWe haven't used the grooming service as we have a beagle.nnThe indoor DIY bathing area is excellent. Lots of room, always clean when we've been. Regardless of the weather being inside makes bathing simple.nnOf course we can make other purchase while there.nnCentre parking area is large and never had a problem finding a park.

Stood in store for 10 minutes with staff chatting and laughing. Another two people in store that were wondering if they could be helped. Can't exactly bag your own fish.Terrible service. Went elsewhere. Backwards business model.
