Our Plumber

My hot water system sprung a leak (ended up having to be replaced as it was 22 years old). From the first phone call to the lovely office staff; right through to dealing directly with the guys who conducted the work, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness at all stages. I wanted the system relocated and Shannon gave me options and costs so I could make an informed decision; which became a no brainer. The work was done with great communication and they were there when they said they would be. I highly recommend this business.

Installed water heater. Said power board needed to be upgraded to complete job where in fact wire just needed to be replaced after qualified electrician came out to replace. Left jackhammer in rain after job, as well as his lunch scraps. Had the nerve to say when re-testing water couple days after that it was the power board not being upgraded even though no upgrades were made to power board, felt like a little stab at the customer when he said this.

I woke to find my hot water system had blown and gushing water everywhere including in to a bedroom. I rang first thing in the morning in a panic and the lady that answered had Don the owner call me straight back, he was a great help and very professional. He sent one of his guys Peter over who was awesome within the hour to start the work and upgraded and re placed and relocated my hot water system, so if it happens again it would not flood inside my house . Don then turned up with hot water system and to make sure everything was going ok. Thank you Our Plumber and team, I would highly recommended them.

oh my god, where do I begin? From the first contact everyone was professional and warm in organising the job. The plumbers were there within 30 min of the call, and up front quoting. Flexible enough that calling from Tasmania for a job in Logan was taken in their stride. Family run business at it best!!!

I am happy with their work so far and their prices are reasonable. They are finishing the job Monday. Thank you our Plumber
