F45 Training Helensvale

I go to Helensvales, find them to be very welcoming, helpful friendly staff, loving ever visit I do, and different times, so I have met a few trainers all great, feel welcome all time, especially being a middle age women.

The coaches are so supportive and helpful! All exercises can be modified to suit your skill set.

An amazing F45 studio! I went yesterday for the first time after moving here from Adelaide and felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Dylan and Harry were so welcoming, friendly and really helpful. it really took the pressure off starting somewhere new. The studio is immaculate and huge (heaps of room to move around!) Would hands down recommend training here!

I’ve only just started a week ago with F45 and all I can say is wow. Going from the gym where I lacked so much motivation to go and I didn’t push my self. To coming to a place where it is so inviting and you get excited to go too is a massive difference. The trainers there push you too your best and are all easy to get along with. To me it feels like a PT session everyday and I get so much more then the gym! Highly recommend going if you want to change your health and lifestyle.
