Lots of fun - perfect for families and kids of all ages!

Have been to this venue approximately 6 times.nnThe first time I went it was fun and enjoyable, and had a wonderful time.nnEvery time since has been an utter disappointment due to horrendously slow service, and extremely long wait times for meals.nnExamples..... 30min wait just to put money on one of the cards required to play arcade machines.nnOver 2 hours wait for a pizza...... A single pizza...nn30min wait for drinks to come out after waiting 30min to order. Took an hour to get a drink.nnAll of these examples have occured multiple times on different visits.nnI don't know if it is a poor system, staff or management. But there is something not going right when you are unable to spend money at a hospitality venue simply because of a lack of service.

Pretty average service, we booked a table dinner and a lane for two families, we arrived 15 minutes early, the meals took half an hour and were under par, parmas were burnt badly and the glasses were not clean at all, in fact the one with red wine had floating crumbs in it when it was served.nnAfter dinner we went to play 10 pin, but was told by what looked like the manager that as we didn't turn up he gave our lane away. I explained that we just ate and have been here for ages, he argued and said no, we were late so we have to wait an extra hour to get a lane.nnWe all then went to Mt Warren Park lanes and had a great time there. If you like good service, good food, and clean utensils, I do NOT recommend and we will never go back.

I love going with my friends, great bowling prices, food and overall just an easy place to catch up with people ! It's not overcrowded plus it has alot of activities to choose from. Will be coming back
