Fight Like a Pro was without a doubt one of the single greatest experiences of my life. When I signed up in July 2017 I was in a deep depression which had been getting progressively worse for several years. I was also struggling with addiction (cigarettes & alcohol) which was compounding my emotional state.nnFight Like a Pro taught me so much about myself, and has given me an enormous amount of emotional intelligence. It has fundamentally changed my mindset and the way I approach life, and I now have the capability to take on life’s challenges head on.nn1 year on I am free from addiction and have never been fitter or healthier (mentally & physically). I am a better man, and a better father, and most importantly I believe a better tomorrow is possible, for everyone!

It was a life changing experience for me, I started at FLP at the very beginning, was taken under their wing and ended up training there for over 10 years. It’s a great way to build confidence in knowing that you can defend yourself and your family if needed but it builds your confidence in all aspects of life. It spreads into your business world and also your personal relationships. A must do experience for all men no matter what size, shape or age.

I've never felt so alive! The fight like a pro journey is an amazing experience and definitly something to tick off your bucket list. The culture is the best I've seen and there is no gym where I've ever felt so welcome and had so much encouragement. Since going through the program I can't help but encourage others to do it.
