We were followed around the whole store by the security guard and it was made obvious to us that he was watching, he actually wanted to make it known that he was watching, so as to prevent us from stealing so basically the assumption was already made, felt uncomfortable because we just wanted to do our shopping in peace, instead we were racially profiled as we were the only ones being watched and followed when there were other shoppers around, husband said the same security guard followed him around the whole store at a previous visit, first time this has happened to us in this Beenleigh Coles and we have shopped there many times, we understand its his job but at the same time its uncomfortable to be stared at & followed the whole time making it obvious (of course we have nothing to hide) but its not fair to be targeted.
Always nice and easy to find things, nice open layout and friendly staff
Staff are friendly but registers are always short staffed.
