The local service agent Adam was excellent, exchanging several locks quickly and also keeping the single service fee despite having to come back again to get additional parts for a garage lock. The price as quoted on the phone, however, was $80 less than final. I can understand adjustments but this was way too big a difference in pricing. I was able to look passed that due to the quality of service from Adam.

James was punctual, polite and professional. He was very efficient and competent in the job he did for us. The office ladies were polite and efficient and arranged a next day service. Would thoroughly recommend Macarthur Locksmiths. We have used them twice now and will use them again if necessary.
