A couple of technicians installed a safe in our house. They were very professional from the advice they gave when choosing a product all the way through to the installation. They have continued to support us with any additional advice and small jobs since then. Very happy with their punctuality and ongoing service.

Due to all the good reviews booked with Olympic Locksmiths. Day of the appointment no one showed up, and reason given was that there was no record of an appointment. Wish they send email or text to confirm such as I don't have anything to prove that I made an appointment. Will not bother with them again....

I called making an enquiry about alarms and CCTV for my business. I was told by the person that answered the phone that you don't actually offer these services. I was shocked why are you advertising these services if you don't offer them??? I called one of your competitors in Parramatta who were only too happy to help me out.
