Never thought I would start Muay Thai at 52! I love it and thanks to the best gym owners I know: Dan and Lianne. They are so kind, dedicated and pro. All the trainers are great and everyone is made to feel welcome and as important as the world Champions that also train at the gym. My partner and I have trained at Ironfist (on and off) since May 2020 and my son started in 2019. We travel from West Brisbane to Mt Gravatt, 3-6 times a week and it is absolutely worth every penny and second on the road.
I've been to a few gyms now and I can say with 100% confidence that this is the best gym if I've ever been to. Dan and Lianne have created a great family environment that keep you wanting to come back. As for Dan's fight experience and knowledge. Well that's second to none. From the helping you nail the technique to nutrition, Dan's got you sorted.
If you're looking for an affordable, inclusive and well-trained martial arts gym look no further. I have been at iron fist for almost 6 months and enjoy the Muay Thai classes that you can attend every night of the week. Great coaches and staff and get training partners for all levels.
My son Mason has started training at Ironfist and is really loving it. Has made new friends and really likes the staff. Everybody is made To feel equal no egos at all. Bell family been doing this job well for along time that’s what makes it feel great ud83dudc4dud83dude4f
This gym is exactly what i was looking for. Experienced coaches and instructors with a wealth of knowledge, and a genuine interest in seeing their students perform well. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with any concerns. Hands down one of the best places to train!
