Bill and Tim from Roof Knight have officialy restored my faith in humanity! I contacted Bill regarding getting a quote for a blocked gutter and not only did he promptly return my call, worked around my home schedule, and arrive on time, he then considered my blocked gutter a small job and fixed it for free. Bill and Tim were extremely professional, quick and friendly as they went about their work and had my gutters unblocked in no time. I will work out a way to pay them and will certainly not hesitate to call them again for any future roof related issues. Thanks Bill and Tim, wonderful to see such a generous and kind spirit is still alive and well in our community.

I called Bill when I discovered a leak during some heavy rains. Bill fit me in between some clients and within minutes of arriving, identified the problem and resolved it.nBill and his team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you need some work done, don't hesitate to give them a call.

Put in an online enquiry, got a phone call to say they would come and quote on Monday and would let me know what time Friday evening when they did their schedule. I couldn't take Monday off work, so a friend kindly took the day off to be there. Well no phone call, so over weekend text, was asked to email, did this no response. It is SO FRUSTRATING when you take a day off yourself and tradesmen don't turn up, it is even MORE SO when I have now wasted a friend's time. We work too, we need to have reliable peoplennTEXT CONVERSATION PROVES YOU LIE TO COVER YOUR POOR BUSINESS ETHICS

Had to get 2 whirlybirds replaced and bill and the team were extremely helpful and efficient was done within the week and was excellent communication between bill and I. So very impressed with the service will definitely use them again
