Goodlife Health Clubs Richlands

Great, so close to home. I have my workout down pat. Get in when it's quiet (no need to wait around for equipment), workout, get out. Reasonable price, clean and modern facilities. Not much more I need really.

I train at world gym and this new Goodlife is only 5 minutes down the road from me so I Went in for a casual visit. The lady at the front desk was on the phone. One other guy was there waiting. I waited and waited to pay for my casual visit. We were completely ignored. Another staff member joined the girl at the desk. Straight onto his computer and ignored me (the other guy that was waiting had already left). I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt them from what they were doing so I continue to wait for one of them to notice me. I realised they weren’t going to serve me so decided to walk in without paying. Got my workout done, and left. I deserved that free session. These people have zero customer service skills. The facility is nice though.. good layout.

Been members of many gyms prior to this one. Been in customer service for many years. Facilities are great. Customer service at front desk needs attention. Always left wondering around before being acknowledged. Their computer seems more important.

Good life Richlands is a beautiful Gym, has great equipement, was very happy to see they have cycling classes, I have been to one so far and loved it. The staff all seem lovely so far. I love that with my membership I can take a guest on the weekend.

To everyone giving this a one star and expecting a brand new gym, with new staffers, to give them the most catered one-on-one service, you're immature and cringe. Give them the opportunity to, at the very least, get to grand opening day!nnThis gym is great & worth your while, with it's brand new machines, equipment and space!
