Non accommodative in every aspect even for years old customers taking a lot of medicines with them. Other pharmacies are much more accommodative.nnEdit: First thing, how you expect next door GP is my regular GP and he or she will see me quickly on Sunday without appointment. Secondly, why to go to GP, while I was with valid prescription. I have attached proof see back dates on it. I bought this medicine from other pharmacy today thank God.nnI tried to make it clear on reception. First time, I came I forgot prescription at home , so I went back brought it, but was not aware that there is some blue part needed too, along with it. This blue part had other medicines on it, which I was not intended to buy today, so I did not notice that I have to pick it up too. I was with my son (on spectrum) in car , it was hard for me to go back third time to get this blue part while you guys already seen that part last month. As I am regular customer since last three year buying my 4 different medicines every month. So I thought you will trust me for this first time. I was kept waiting long, she went back at counter two times. Other lady came on counter and pointed with finger rudely to be away from counter. I was not blocking anyone way, as counter was empty and first lady asked me to wait there for her.nnI requested two time to trust me, give me medicine now I will bring that left part tomorrow morning or I was happy to show electronic copy as I did once on other pharmacy and they accepted it (later providing blue part), even though I am not their regular client but they still trusted me. But you guys did not trust/accommodated me that I have this other part of prescription just forgot at home. There could be other option that you see electronic copy or I could have emailed you electronic copy as usual y GP directly sent to pharmacy. Reception lady insisted me to go to GP and get another prescription, you mean I was lying? It happened once in last 3 years that I forgot one part at home not a usual mistake. But they did not trust and accommodated me for my emergency medicine. I was not able to go back third time home with kids and then come back.

Excellent customer service - helpful and friendly! Where others have sighed and begrudgingly looked at ingredients for me, Suzanne of this chemist took her time and was extremely friendly, patient and helped find the right medication for me. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice chemist shop to visit. It has a pleasant atmosphere the moment you walk in and the service provided by the friendly professional staff is excellent. Waiting time is minimal and there's plenty of attractive products to browse in the interim. I receive a text when my medication is due and am advised when scripts are due for renewal, so I never have to worry. Well done and thank you PDDS, I'm more than happy with your services.

The employees behind the counter appeared to be friendly but was told they do not like me n talk about me behind my back n tell the pharmacist that I was there to report that I am friendly with them n dont waste their time
