Great small gym. Not too many people when I go even at peak times. Plenty of equipment to choose from, all the equipment works and is new looking. Gym is always clean and tidy. Group class sizes are small so they feel more like a personal training session and the instructor gives one on one advice and instructions if needed. Classes are not repetitive. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic gym!!! I have been a member of this gym for years now and absolutely love it! The staff are super friendly, very professional and are always available for any enquires/help. The gym is 24/7 and has all the equipment necessary for a great workout. Always very clean with plenty of parking available. Also, the music is great!

While it's not the biggest gym in the area, it certainly punches above its weight. The manager, Ana, is friendly and very helpful. It has modern, quality equipment to satisfy even the most discerning gym user. Definitely worth the membership. Unlike another local gym, it also allows you to suspend membership easily, while away from the area.

I’ve been a member at this gym for years. It is a great little gym. Always clean and have a variety of equipments and only 5 mins from my place . The manager Ana is always friendly and welcoming. The gym has Good lighting and neat background for that perfect workout selfie.. if that matters to uud83dude06
