Unique Physique Southside

The team at Unique physique are just lovely. I lost 7 kilos in my first 8 week challenge in 2014 and am now down a total of 15 kilos. Nothing is too big of an ask, Jess is always encouraging without being pushy and the people you meet during the classes become genuine friends. Would absolutely suggest coming for a visit.

The whole team is amazing. You NEVER feel inadequate, you are encouraged and supported in every single class. The variety of classes keeps you guessing all the time, so there is no chance of getting bored.
