Amazing Yoga! I started coming to Yoga Flex a few months ago with my sister and it's easily the best Yoga experience I've had. Mary is so knowledgeable about Yoga and so caring. She really takes her time to explain poses and provides support when needed. An extra plus, Mary also makes delicious water infusions for all her students that gives this studio a nice personal touch. If you've been thinking about trying Yoga or getting back into it, this studio makes you feel right at home!

Highly recommend this affordable home studio with a lovely instructor Mary who made me feel very welcome from week 1. When I started I was brand new to doing Yoga and now I come every single week. It has really helped my lower back and hip pain after just a few months.

Great yoga studio. Mary is an excellent teacher and very patient with people at different levels. I've tried many yoga studios and Mary's was excellent with teaching me strength, balance and flexibility. Would highly recommend to other people looking for a real yoga experience.
