Well after filling up $85 of premium unleaded fuel was created with a grunt after he put his phone away. As there was a new rewards program thought I may have been offered a card as per the advertisement outside. Maybe the site manager needs to instruct his staff a bit better.

Places that have retail operation should have good Customer Service and be honest dealings in all aspects, but here we gave the staff is too scared even to smile because management is the probably indian fundamental technique of stern talking. Anyhow is here can find the false advertising and delusion of public.

I'm a customer service representative at one of the servo. I deal many customer, weather the person buys a product in your store or not he/she shld be treated with minimal respect and courtesy.nMyself being in a CSR had gone through worst customer service at this servo.nThis is my personal feeling.nI'm not rating their brand BP, but the staff who needs more effort while serving a customer or handling the situation with customer.

Discriminatory against people wearing open faced motorbike helmets (refusal of service). I want to buy petrol from a safe supplier and understand the need NOT to cover up your face when making a purchase. A full face helmet should be removed before the purchase and entering the store. An open face helmet does not coverup any facial details and identification can be easily made while wearing an open face helmet. Incredible rude service. No prices on items. Old food in hot box. Diesel spills on driveways. Full rubbish bins. No water for refilling washer bottles. Dirty/ oily water in window washing buckets.
