Ali is a super friendly, down to earth teacher. Her 6am Saturday classes are a great way to start the weekend. She is very patient and non-judgemental, her classes are deceivingly hard but the great music, routines and laughs make the time go so quickly, before you know it you are done, and feeling fantastic! :)
