F45 Training Paddington QLD

Ive done so many gym memberships before & always lose interest pretty quickly. F45 is a controlled environment with loud music and no mirrors ud83dude4f you can work at your own pace and you're busy watching the screen to be worried if anyone is watching you. (Everyone is also watching the screen lol). I started with a trial...loved it and signed up. 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time also. It's got a great family vibe. No workout is ever the same which makes it more exciting. Highly recommend. I havent been doing it for that long and can already see results ud83dude42

Such a great place. Everyone friendly, trainers are awesome. Yes, its more expensive than traditional chain gyms but for me this meant I got myself there 5x a week to justify the cost, if I felt like it or not. And before you know it, your in and out and done for the day feeling fab. As a busy working mum I freely spend $$ on my kids to make sure they have a healthy sporting/active lifestyle so this is me doing the same for myself. After 5 months of F45 I went on a beach holiday. Loved loved loved not even worrying about how I might look in beachwear, something that rarely happens. You WILL see results.
